going to get rest of the christmas things in and gather what is still out in house inclucing the puny tree and up in attic. lulu had fun with that tree and the paperborad decorations. hope next year actual balls can come back out. but they servied their pourpose this year

black eye peas and hog jowl cooking. the jowl i found was all little strips i wanted bacon size so i could fry a few to eat but after 3 stores i saw only these strips . hardly any fat all rind and that will get hard when fried
