last night lulu came running in with her collar in her mouth still around her neck. i do not know how that happened. she was going nuts. i tried to open collar but she would not stay still, finally i just cut it off. could not open the claps with her gagging and wiggling. other dogs were around her wondering what was happening. i have pablos old collar that will fit got to make smaller and put on her. i believe in collars with name tag. course her name is not pablo but has phone number on it.
