70 here, brr this morn in the 50s but week end mid 90s. what a change.
been out to feed critters. all waiting as usual. need to water yard i see as i walk passed. fish ponds need water added too. one pump needs filter cleaning

usually i write letters this morn but only got one letter last week from germany and all she talked about was running and walking. she can wait till next week when i get a few more to answer

so think i will mow. got to pick up dates.new bunch ripened and are falling. can not mow over them . would mash and then gnats would invade my swing where i sit.

am reading best book. page turner Watcher. am on the last chapter fot to finish it today. wanted to finish last night in bed but eyes were closing

finished a throw that makes 6 done. hope she is ordering yarn by the time i turn these in
