TEAM PUREBRED has chosen to conduct its 2019 Winter Bred Gilt as an on-line format on December 4 on www.showpigs.com. Entry deadline will be Friday November 22. All breeds and crosses are welcome and encouraged to consign. What the CCPS staff has been challenged with is to locate a "FEATURE SPECIAL LOT" for this sale as our FOUNDATION FEMALE just like we have in the past. If you have that Special female(3 parities or younger-first litter gilt) that possesses the traits needed to be considered for the Foundation Female, we want to know about this lady. This gilt can be either a Chester White, Hereford, Berkshire, Poland China or Spotted bred for a pure litter to farrow in Mid-December-Early January, we are all ears. Please contact either Jeff Morris or Jack Wall- The selected female will be our donation lot to Team Purebred with 100% of her proceeds going to Team Purebred. Who wants to be a leader???
