The CPS Staff has been made aware that the on-line entry version of the CPS World Pork Expo entries has experience some technical issues. Nearly half or more of you that have made entries on-line did so properly but those entries and payment never was received by our office.
The technical crew from Encore Visions is researching this issue and are hoping to have it resolved soon. As a result, a staff member of CPS may be contacting you personally to check on your entries and perhaps check on form of payment you made on-line. At this time, we have neither confirmed record of your entries (these were captured and secured by Encore) or your form of credit card payment.
As of this moment- Wednesday, April 18th, 2018 at 11:00 AM the on-line entry form is closed, but we will certainly honor and accept any entry filled out on the printable form and will also extend the open entry deadline passed Thursday, April 19 (extended deadline to be determined).
We apologize for this technical problem but promise to work with each of you to enable all to enter and exhibit at the 2018 World Pork Expo.
Again, the CPS staff may be calling you to confirm your intentions and attempt to enter on-line previous to our realization of this problem. We will not expect you to be charged twice but we need to know if payment was made you; where did this charge go?
Our apologies again and thank you for understanding and patience. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact myself, Jack Wall, at 309-691-0151 (office) or 309-945-3312 (Cell) of via email jack@cpsswine.com.
Have a Great Day!
