Former WPWX/Chicago PD Jay Alan Files Discrimination Charges Against Crawford Broadcasting

Former WPWX (POWER 92)/CHICAGO founding PD JONATHAN “JAY ALAN” DEWBERRY has filed age and race discrimination charges against former employer CRAWFORD BROADCASTING.
I do not believe they are a union shop which makes it at will employment (for the subordinate). I would think, they work on contracts (as Alan was management and union would not cover him and he is at will employment too), as 99.9% of the industry works on contracts and the companies have lawyers that place in 1 trillion "exit" points for the company to execute when they want to release someone, while the employee has almost none.
Depends how deep pockets Crawford has and how far Alan wants to take this. You will most likely see an out of court settlement on this. Just my opinion. This is the first I have heard of this. Would be interesting to hear the specifics.
