“While we appreciate the frustration felt by OTA users in the impacted markets, we continue to make OTA available in certain areas outside of Chicagoland.”

I am not sure folks blacked out in South Bend would consider themselves Chicagoland. I cannot see why the Sox are in the higher tier than the Cubs. True, you also get the Bulls and Hawks, but all three teams are terrible.

Does anyone know what the length of this deal is?

I checked, probably like you also, and could not find a news outlet that reported the length of the deal.
