What's Taking So Long? Comcast/Xfinity's Battle with CHSN Continues

Back in October when NBC Sports Chicago signed off the air after 20 years, the Bulls, Blackhawks & White Sox knew they were taking a chance when they decided to start up their own regional sports network called the Chicago Sports Network or CHSN for short.
6 months have now passed since CHSN signed on the air. It still doesn't have a distribution deal with Xfinity, leaving many White Sox fans without access to their team much like Bulls & Blackhawks' fans have gone without.
Although Comcast/Xfinity still has Marquee Sports Network for Cub fans, they've been able to keep Marquee on its air by way of short-term extensions. For Sox fans, it's no runs, no hits, no errors, no CHSN on Xfinity.
The Sun-Times' Jeff Agrest is wondering what's taking so long as the standoff between Xfinity & CHSN drags on with no solution in sight.
