Your New White Sox Radio Network Pre & Postgame Host Is...

With Connor McKnight taking on TV work with CHSN as a White Sox Insider this season, it left a void on ESPN Radio 1000 AM, flagship of the Chicago White Sox Radio Network, for pre & postgame.
Today, ESPN 1000 announced that Jeff Meller, a producer since 2003, has been named as new White Sox pre & postgame host for the 2025 season. This is according to Danny Zederman, Good Karma Brands Director of Content, via a press release.
Meller will set the table for Len Kasper & Darrin Jackson's hometown call of the games 30 minutes before first pitch as well as handle postgame after the final out of the ballgame along the White Sox Radio Network.
Meller's duties will also include "White Sox Weekly", the year round Sox show that airs 2 hours before the pregame on Saturdays & for 1 hour on Saturdays during the offseason.
For ESPN 1000, this is the 4th season of White Sox baseball broadcasts dating back to 2021. Sox games had aired on ESPN 1000 from 1999 to 2005, culminating in the Sox first World Series title since 1917.
