"White Sox TV voice John Schriffen appears on The Score after battling with station in his first season"
Perhaps in an effort at detente, Schriffen joined Bruce Levine and Ryan McGuffey in advance of his return to the booth Monday with analyst Steve Stone on the Sox’ new home, Chicago Sports Network.

White Sox TV voice John Schriffen appeared on The Score’s “Inside the Clubhouse” on Saturday morning, seemingly putting aside a conflict with the station that arose during his first season as a major-league baseball broadcaster.
Schriffen reflected on a year in which station hosts noted his mistakes and criticized his broadcasting, which came under fire from other media outlets, as well. The “Parkins & Spiegel” show, in particular, discussed and played Schriffen’s mistakes on the air, and Schriffen responded during a game, telling Gordon Beckham after the analyst flubbed an ad, “If any of those radio losers clip it and try to make fun of you, nobody cares about them anyway.”
