WPNA-FM Party Zone 103.1 - Fri & Sat 8PM - 4AM. Who is the voice guy?

WPNA runs dance mixes on Friday & Saturday nights. The voice guy sounds like Harry Legg. None of my friends agree. But they can't ID the voice guy either. Anyone out there know he is? Not the man that announces the Top Hour Legal ID, the person voicing the "Party Zone" on Friday & Saturday nights. Anyone?????
