As I have said many times before on this forum, I need to add to it. They are not only drunk sailors, they are also morally bankrupt, bankrupt like they are leading the company. The “top five” executives will share a total of $3.2 million if they all stick around for the next twelve months. The filing goes on to mention that other Audacy executives will receive retention bonuses as well including “Market Managers, the Company’s Regional Presidents, and members of the Company’s corporate team who are Executive Vice Presidents or higher within the organization.”
They will float this long enough to get their bank deposit then #### the creditors and all the plebes running and preventing the ship from sinking.
Crazy. I was at a smaller employer that went through a couple rough years and bonuses were eliminated during that time. That included the C-blank-O’s. Isn’t that how it’s supposed to work?
These Audacy execs are like drunken sailors as you said, Z — and they’re literally profiting from hawking parts of the ship itself. While at sea. But it’s okay, they will have the one lifeboat when they need it.
