metvfm radio and brett michaels of poison concert?!

very odd to hear metvfm radio promoting a brett michaels of poison concert - it never plays brett or poison as far as i know. also appearing: night ranger - 87.7 never plays them also appearing: jefferson starship - 87.7 plays maybe 1 song by them? (miracles) also appearing: mark mcgrath - he's never on 87.7 also appearing: steve augeri a one-time fill-in singer in journey - so he's never on 87.7 mini rant over!
Is it for the Aurora venue that plays all those washed up 80s and Urban/Rap shows? (Vanilla Ice is one of their big offerings).
Could be a national ad? (They do not have any, so this is a good thing to clear it, if it is indeed a national ad).
Also, whoever is promoting this might not want to deal with Cumulus or iHeart or whatever. METV FM is considered a classic hits station. They probably share audience with WLS-FM or other sources that are 80/90s based too.
