Ton of "Throwbacks" lately. Everytime I pass the station dial scanning, they're playing something right off of 104.3's playlist.

Doubt it means anything (Their sister in Milwaukee does it all the time) but if they ever decided to flip 104.3, this would be one way to handle it

Hi Jermey,

Top40 is in the toilet. (Note KISS dropped from 4.3 to 2.7 in one month, just read it). Actually all younger demos are in the toilet and will not be coming back up from the last flush.

I doubt it means anything too,I agree with you. But you WILL See B96 change drastically before Jams does. By default JAMS is older demos and are still billing.

Since successful radio is in older demos, take it back to the Killer B, make it classic dance. Jams stay classic hip hop. What's the lose? Ratings can't get worse.

Classic Dance would require people who know what they are doing. Audacy isn't going to pay for that, especially now when they are frantically dumping things left and right.

Jeremy is absolutely correct. Also Audacy doesn't believe, is stupid, is ignorant to the format.

When KHITS was a thing, during meetings staff would bring up the Killer B format to be brought back and Todd C would quickly shoot it down, end conversation on it. Not that he didn't believe in it, he is a corporate loyal solider and knows it was a dead on arrival topic.
