Why doesn't anyone try to take on V-103? You would think with all the times they have number one in the market, someone would want to take their numbers. No, I haven't forgotten about Soul 106.3, but they don't have a good enough signal. Crawford doesn't even have enough sense to put them on 92.3. They want to beat a dead horse with Power 92. I don't get it. Even 104.3 Jams could compete with them. You could keep the branding, just skew a little older. B-96 would once again be protected and possibly gain back some of its audience. Thoughts?

104.3 Jams is already competing with them. They are just targeting it less Urban to be more mass appeal and with different presentation/production. You are correct as Jams is eating B96 upper demos. Even if they are sharing audience it has decimated B96 numbers along with the downturn of contemporary music.
V103 audience is loyal, they are not going anywhere. As much as it is a lot less than in the past, they still reach out and engage the African American community.
