WXRT up 0.7, Rock 955 up .5 to a 3 share. WFMT up 0.7 to 2.2 Old music wins again.

There is enough fluctuation book to book that it’s challenging to see reality through the noise… Like the bouncing around of WOJO — where did their listeners go if the numbers stayed flat for WLEY, WPPN and WVIV? And then Rock 95⚡️5 finally leaps onto the “3” ledge, but ouch that Island-of-Misfit-Frequencies 87.7 MeTV FM tops ‘em with a 3.1 😄. Country bumps up with US-99 too. WGN pulls back. 93XRT almost touches The Drive.

It's incredible how strong WXRT's ratings are.

They play a lot of classic rock and early alternative tracks. It may be intended to keep the older listeners tuned in.

I note Rock 95-5 is finding an audience. Nice work from them.

A final observation: both B96 and Kiss-103.5 are neck and neck in the latest survey.

B96 & KISS. Being at a 2.5 for a CHR is more scary than any other station on here. If they have no 6+ numbers they have issues. CHR is 12 - 24 heavy. Those numbers do not bode well. You have 3 stations KISS, B96 and the MIX, lesser degree WGCI all fighting for the shrinking piece of pie.
