Bruce St. James, a Phoenix radio import who never caught on as morning personality at WLS 890-AM, is out after 16 months at the Cumulus Media news/talk station. Wednesday was his last day on the air.

As if the rest of their lineup is setting the world ablaze. Yeah, Bruce was the problem.

I agree sir. They just need to pick a direction and go. Lean left, lean right or drive down the middle. Just pick your lane. He was in a bad spot, as most of the other departs were outpacing him.

Well according to Feder, mornings were 14th place with Mancow....27th under St. James. That IS a problem.

Mancow had 25 years of market heritage when he got to WLS! Wake me up when someone else gets those numbers on 890.
