Entercom Converts Some Furloughs Into Layoffs

Was anyone furloughed in Chicago?? I thought just their salaries were reduced....

While Entercom has announced that it will restore employees back to full salary in July, the company has also begun converting some of the temporary furloughs it made into permanent layoffs.....

Yes, traffic reporters for starters- WBBM, US99 and The Score..Also some reporters at WBBM....

Anyone in radio who gets furloughed" and doesn't think they are basically fired is delusional and naive.
