91.9 Air1 in Lake County?

I was leaving some place and i was going back home. I was by Lake Forest because i was listening to WMXM. My dial stopped at 91.9 and i expected WJCH but i got an Air1 station and it sounded very close and it also has RDS. I went home later and i couldn't find any information on it. Btw is WQEG 98.3 still silent?

I forgot to put that this was last year. June i think.
