What Audacy has been doing with Sports in specific lately is statewide networks. They're doing it in Michigan and began doing it in Wisconsin last year, among others.

They syndicate their shows to other stations, other companies. Make a profit from that.

I figure this will evolve into an "Illinois Sports Radio Network" where much of The Score's lineup winds up syndicated on stations around the state.

IP is the future when the stations shut down. Only they know when they want to do that.
