With permission, Paul (SomeRadioGuy) shared the details of the E-Mail he received about WNDZ in this thread. I've known him for over 20 years in the DX circles. It looks like they are actively trying to solve the problem based on the response he got from them, and as mentioned, it looks like this began when they installed new equipment.
