as of 10:30am 7/8:
1530 has an open carrier and very low modulation and/or WCKY Cincinnati underneath 53 dBu signal at 13.5 miles distant with 360 watts
102.3 has excellent modulation PI code = 0001 (not programmed) RDS says "Talk" "WCKG.COM"
Bloomberg Radio Advert. - really??? Broadcasting Bloomberg Radio, not Bro. Stair/Scare or Dave Ramsey - okaaay...
signal _seems_ to be coming from 110 degree angle - possibly 401 N. Wabash, Chicago tower 360m (1180' above ground) 21 dBu signal - 38 watts ERP at 290 degrees - about 27 miles if indeed operating from Chicago loop.
