The other issue barreling like a Peterbilt on the way to a head on collision, you will have a bunch of P1 listeners (their main target, the loyal ones) dropping off or becoming P2 (less loyal, splitting time on other consumption, or your FM competition). What happens to radio, when majority listeners are P2, spend less time listening, etc? No forward planning, at all.

As people are getting their 70s, 90s, Classic Dance, Current Dance, Current Hard Rock fix on SXM or online or some app using IP, since the 20+ minute per hour spot loads are not even providing this programming to begin with on terrestrial FM radio.
