Lance uses that service for recently leased domains to predict format changes. There is a good chance this is legit. There is an equally good chance this is smokescreen while flipping another station inside or outside of the market. Happens often where they lease several domains over different markets or in a single market to throw it off, or in case they really need to change their mind on the move!

The irony is this was leased today, but was leased and deleted in the past.
