I am curious to know why you think the WBMX callsign on 96.3 is highly unlikely. It seems like common sense to move WBBM-FM to 105.9, where it is promoted as part of the branding. Anything with the letter B would work fine for "B96" - most listeners wouldn't even notice.

I'm not holding my breath (ignoring the OCD...) - Audacy obviously does not give a crap that they still use the callsign tied to "Fresh 105.9" from almost a couple of decades ago.
