Looks like they are back on. Heard today near O'Hare. Decent signal with Rebel Radio programming. Checking the FCC web site, this appears to be operating on STA basis using the tower at 4949 W. Belmont Avenue with 1.125 kW daytime and 1.0 kW nighttime.
