The older demos of Urban radio which would listen to V103 are aging out as the music is entering the more grittier sound of the 90s and beyond. You will have less people tuning in as they are @ Jams and other stations which embrace the post 90s hip hop mainstream offerings.

The WGCI younger crowd vacated long time ago. They are not using radio to find the latest hip hop trends.
