I was in the city and checked again by O'Hare, the RDS is reporting "W280EM" and "Test W280EM" on the display but the audio is from WAWY-FM analog, KLOVE (Fairly sure it is AIR1). Why? I am assuming W280EM is sending out a pilot signal with no audio and the RDS is stronger than WAWY-FM where I was at, hence displaying the RDS. Or, EMF has taken over W280EM and it simulcasting on it as the analog signal is strong, and there is 0 trace of an HD signal which WAWY has 3 of them.

PhilipJSmith? What do you hear down by you on 103.9 besides the Indiana signal?
