In my opinion:
670- Opinions will vary. I was reminiscing about Mike North (outstanding guy, who contributed to comedy on the radio). I don't really listen to 670 or 1000. How is it these days?
750 (we all know about that), 890 (opinions will vary).
1000- Opinions will vary too. See 670.
1080 (Birach, a recent victim of the 2024 "Soros fix," most of what's on there is unlistenable. There used to Polish pop/rock music (overnight, parts of the day). No wonder 1080 has to rely on Detroit sometimes, for programming).
Moving on: 1110 (Was once WMBI-AM, now Spanish religious crap, out of California [we know about that too]).
1280--What happened here? Another victim of the Soros fix. The phony Christian, and "advice giver" is on here too much [just like another station, further up the dial]).
1330, 1430 (Opinions may vary)
1450 (a bunch of weird s**t, ever since WCEV abruptly died, at the start of COVID (Sunday, January 20th, 2020). The evenings are okay, and late mornings (when it's coherent talk/music).
1510 (Opinions may vary). It was a smart move, to go from strictly gospel, to R&B/gospel. Several songs not heard in years (in addition to some burned out hits). Also added in are awesome talk/chat segments between Ray and Mrs. Hawkins. Better use of air time.
As a result of all this, it is "the most listened to radio station," and can be heard for miles. The audio also got cleaned up. All of this in summer of 2018 (from my own memory).
1530- Lost cause. See 1280. Du Biel did this to himself. He should have left the station TF ALONE!!!
1570- Opinions may vary. Serves their purpose and areas. Updates their audio chain and programming, regularly. I miss the old WBEE. I get why it ceased, in October 2003, but I still think the old format could still be here today (in a more perfect world).
1590- See 1450. This used to have several, ethnic groups/languages. It's down to Assyrian on Saturdays, Russian on weekdays (4-8 PM, was 12-5, then 12-7). The filler is goofy, weird bulls**t.
