FOX Sports has announced its MLB schedule for games that'll air on FOX over the air as well as on FS1. Seems hard to believe this is FOX's 30th season as an MLB broadcast partner, and Cub fans will have plenty of chances to see their team on a channel not named Marquee.
FOX & FS1 have already announced plans to air the 2 regular season games in Tokyo between the Cubs & World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers, but you will have to wake up real early to watch them. FOX will have Game 1 of the Cubs/Dodgers' Tokyo series Tuesday, March 18. FS1 will have the second game Wednesday, March 19. BOTH games start at 5A (CT)...So wake up early or set your DVR ahead of time.
When the Cubs come home stateside, FOX & FS1 will have 8 Cub games total, matching Ian Happ's jersey number. FOX's first Cubs' game will be April 26 when the Cubs host the Philadelphia Phillies @ 3P (CT). The Cubs & Dodgers will be on FOX and FS1 a total of 10 times this season, including the 2 games in Tokyo next month.
Here are the 8 Cubs' games that'll air on FOX & FS1 respectively stateside:
4/26 vs Phillies, 3 pm CT
5/10 at Mets, 6
6/28 at Astros, 6
7/19 vs Red Sox, 6
8/2 vs Orioles, 1, FS1
8/9 at Cardinals, 6
8/16 vs Pirates, 1, FS1
9/18 at Reds, 6
As for the rest of the "MLB on FOX/FS1" lineup for the 2025 season, here's what else you will need to know:
