When Marquee Sports Network signed on the air 1 month before the pandemic changed everything in 2020, one of the first hires at the Cubs-powered regional sports network was a young woman named Taylor McGregor. She was hired to be the Cubs' dugout reporter in place of Kelly Crull when Marquee took over as the Cubs' primary TV home and Crull's contract wasn't renewed. McGregor came to the Cubs after working with the Colorado Rockies in 2018.

Fast forward to now. McGregor's profile has increased in recent years. She added host to her Marquee resume this season as host of "Bears Den" with former Bears' kicker turned analyst Robbie Gould discussing the team as well as key storylines from around the NFL.

McGregor is also part of ESPN/ABC's College Football coverage again this season. A role that she's had since 2019 and will have the next 2 weekends.

McGregor, veteran play by play voice Dave Pasch & onetime former Bears' defensive tackle Dusty Dvoracek will be on the call Saturday afternoon for the College Football Playoff first round game between Clemson & Texas. McGregor will be joined on the sidelines from Austin, TX by another rising star at ESPN/ABC, Laura Rutledge. The ESPN-produced matchup will air at 3P (CT) Saturday on TNT, TBS, TruTV as well as streamed on Max. The game will also be available nationally on ESPN Radio stations across America.

But wait...There's more. Pasch, Dvoracek & McGregor will be on the call again Saturday, December 28 for ABC's broadcast of the Valero Alamo Bowl from San Antonio. The matchup between BYU & Colorado kicks off at 6:30P (CT) next Saturday night.
