Howard was on WCKG until he left broadcast for SiriusXM. I don't consider that to be failed in particular. Was his own doing.


Everything on WCKG except Dahl pretty much bombed when he left. That was the result of CBS Radio trying to survive without him. Rover in particular wasn't a bad show, but it wasn't based in Chicago and just didn't work there. CBS Radio tried to do Hot Talk (Free FM) all over the country with numerous shows trying to replace Stern. None of those stations exist anymore.

Rover's Morning Glory is actually still on the air in Ohio at it's flagship and a few other affiliate stations.

Bob & Tom was a filler for WRCX. They probably already planned to flip the format at that point.
