Thanks Jeremy. All it takes is one complaint to the FCC and one person takes it seriously, they will then find out. I do not see longevity for this signal, similar to 98.3 Wheeling (Chinese format). I know you are not from the area, it blankets signal over O'Hare, a bunch of industrial areas around it and villages that do not have a big population for this format.

Some organizations have well intentions, but don't research it enough to deploy it correctly. Or get in over their heads.
