One problem is that Chicago already has a 90s/00s Classic hip hop format in 104.3 Jams. Better off merging B96 and Jams and flip either 96.3 or 104.3 into a simulation of 670 the Score or something.

Can't think of any format that 96.3 could realistically flip to as their current hybrid of Top 40 and past Rhythmic hits is not working. The chance to go Dance (with the classic B96/Energy/post-Energy sound) has long sailed as the higher-ups running those stations won't touch it.
