Hard rock is the worst billing format in America. This is not my opinion, it is fact. That is why it is limited to smaller and unrated markets.

I was working with a Fortune 100 CFO, seeking funding for the demo WRQX targets. The answer I received was "How do you expect to make money and pay me back, targeting a bunch of unemployed or underemployed drunk men?" At the time I took offense, years later, I totally understand.
