Hi Hunter. WXCD was suffering something other stations were not. It was not part of a cluster of 5 stations that could share staff, resources, etc. This also included cross selling billing. Their counterpart WLS-AM was in its decline too. Their corporate was in shambles. WXCD was a lot more successful than anything else they did since Z95.
