It might as well have, since all of the above were hired at The Drive which launched a few months after 94.7 went 80s. The Drive is still on the air today.

I think they caved into what was the newest fad format at the time (80s) and didn't bother to improve any problems CD 94.7 might have had.

It got 103.1 out of the way, but 94.7 was Hot AC by the summer, and Alternative by the fall.
