The value is in the FM translator. That will probably find home on a tall building or cell tower. Unless he tries to move it E, SE, NE a bit to reach part of the city, but you have the Class A FM's surrounding it to deal with.

WBIG is a nice local signal @ 105.5 in a very populated suburban area of Aurora & Naperville. I hope it stays that way and doesn't end up niched and overall unfocused, like his 102.3
