I have not listened to this college station in at least two years. I thought they were pretty good for a student run station.

I see they have made it to iHeartRadio's app.

What exactly is their format? I recall deep classic rock in the late evening.

Does this station play new music and if you could label it, what would its format be? Is this a combination of The Drive/Rock95.5/Q101 and others?

I'm going to guess no permanent voices are heard here as up and coming broadcasters are tried and tested each year. I have heard some great talent as well as some who should seek other career prospects. As Jeremey and Z have often stated, it's a cruel business.
