I have posted about Howard before, I honestly *do not* remember him from B96 but I do remember him from WQHT New York, Hot97. Also you will hear José Solis for a few seconds. (If anyone knows where Jose is, please pipe up! He disappeared from the scene).

This was considered "tame" back in the day (listen to the last minute of the air check), I do not consider it tame, fun CHR live jock radio, While listening to the new B96, this is good radio, is tame really the standard? Yeah, we have devolved. When radio was fun and the commercials were fun and the music was fun, even if it was not all dance music.

Here’s Howard Hoffman (WPIX-FM / WPRO-FM / KAUM / WABC / KPOA / KMEL / KKFR / KFRC / WBBM-FM / KABC) doing the overnight show. It’s probably because he’s on the graveyard shift that he’s relatively tame by comparison to his work at other stations, like WABC New York. Hoffman has his moments, however, and you’ll hear some of his funny comments in this almost 10 minute aircheck.
