The only thing I know is that VPOD 59.3 ceased operation on January 1, 2023. I don’t have any more info than that. WCHU RF7 which was carrying it in the Chicago area on 59.3 deleted the subchannel, and not long after changed 59.1 and 59.2 to 3.1 and 3.2, which are now identical to WILC (RF27) subchannels 8.1 and 8.2.
