Olivet Nazarene University will acquire Hot AC “Shine 99” WSHW Frankfort IN from Kaspar Broadcasting for $1,452,000.
$245,000 of the purchase price will be due at closing with the remainder in a promissory note. Kaspar notes in a Facebook post that the current format will sign-off on Friday, April 28 at 10:00am.
