That was likely some DX. WLJE tends to block them out here, especially on warmer days. They did a lot of work on the Alpha Media signals in the last couple years. I spent years not being able to get a very good signal from WZSR. Now it I can get it with RDS again. Sounds much clearer. WXLC is stronger, it bleeds over WLUM here when it didn't used to (I think it might be slightly off frequency, closer to 102.2 since it splats there a lot) WIIL has a new transmitter as of this summer. That one should be getting out better as well, but I have not tried it in the fringes.
