I am not close to the AM or the FM translator to hear this locally, I listen online via an iOt device and TuneIn. The top hour uses the calls WRHL (AM) but no mention of the translator. I have listened several times. The feed seems to run local ads so I am assuming it is the OTA stream online. I doubt they are running national ads or using special voice over folk, so they can probably run the OTA stream.

Anyone close enough to hear if they are ID'ing the translator at some point where you can't hear it online?

They have a live AM drive show but rely on a lot of syndicated content like Classic AT40 70s and 80s, also Rick Dees AT40 and Scott Shannon on weekends. They have shows like "Jazz Trax Radio" and "Yacht Rock Radio". This is as good as it gets for local serving radio, owned by a local company that also runs 102.3 The Coyote. They use CBS radio news for weather and news, from Rockford CBS WIFR-TV Channel 23. SuperHits 93.5!
