They’re not really syndicating it out of the company. They’re just running it on other iHeart stations to cut cost and use Martha’s name to generate buzz. I don’t believe they really need to clear it. If they were syndicating it via Premiere Radio like they do with Ryan Seacrest, Delilah, Mario Lopez, Bobby Bones, Steve Harvey, etc then yes I believe they would want to clear Chicago. So far, the show is not syndicated yet. It’s just voice tracks being played with local imaging and music.

I’m not saying however they would not decide to syndicate the show on Premiere in the future. In that case, I believe they would want to clear Chicago
