The construction permit was granted today for the translator atop the Westin Hotel at Yorktown, Lombard. See CP via:

Unclear what progress has been made on getting the AM on the air, since 1530 AM has to be on air for the 102.3 translator to be on air, as we know the FCC rules on this… radio-locator.com is not yet showing the CP as of this afternoon…
