Today, as I was pulling into the emissions testing center in Naperville, a freight train was going by on the tracks behind the facility. On one of the cars, a very official looking logo for WPNA 103.1 was painted on the side. Is it common for radio station owners to advertise this way? Has anybody seen this before? My guess is that it's just a very devout fan that painted it on the side - it's unlikely that the train stays within the area.
