It is probably lower than that. 92.5 sold for 1.6 million. Also full signal 97.9 and 101.1 sold for a lot less than they were worth in the past. All of this was before Covid hit and the market has devalued even more.
You are not seeing people rushing to purchase these translators, even at high elevation. Built out or not.
