True. The FCC will not hesitate to grant WRLL 24h operation. Even as far back in 1995-1997, on 1240 kHz, WSBC’s owner bought out time-shared WCRW and WEDC (the latter had a separate transmitter site/tower) and the FCC immediately let WSBC go 24h.
