Not sure why Adams wouldn’t let them use the existing site in Valparaiso since the towers are still there but maybe only the license was sold.

Would the cost of renting tower space justify what revenue as station like that would pull in? Small stations like these are probably better served running low power horizontal wire strung on someones wide empty lot to stay on the air and be able to serve a small community.
